You’ve just been promoted to a new position as a Mortgage Lender.  Now what do you do?  If the average 60-page mortgage closing package seems intimidating, then this webinar is for you.  A mortgage lender is responsible for providing accurate disclosures within very specific timeframes.  Understanding why the disclosures are required, who receives them, and what must be included will be presented in this step-by-step session.  Participants will learn the basic requirements for both an initial mortgage and a refinance transaction.  (The speaker will not address state-specific mortgage lending laws.)

• Common problems with taking applications and collecting monitoring information 
• Mortgage application “early” disclosures: components, who receives them, timing requirements 
• Flood determinations for dwelling-secured collateral:  basic requirements for compliance

• Understand the funding process.  The rules for rescission for a refinance will be reviewed.
