During a calendar year, the education department offers and coordinates educational programs for its affiliated members in the form of:
- Conferences
- Certificate Programs
- Seminars
- Workshops
- Lending Library
For a listing of all upcoming educational programs, see the Training Calendar. In addition to these educational programs, the education department offers a wide variety of courses through certificate programs available to affiliated members, for example:
- STAR (Staff Training and Recognition)
- MERIT (Management Enrichment Training Program)
- VAP (Volunteer Achievement Program)
- VLP (Volunteer Leadership Program)
