Gateway Regional Credit Union, a successful $36 million, full-service credit union located in St. Louis, Missouri is searching for a new President/CEO.  The successful candidate will provide Gateway with executive management and supervisory services and will perform such duties and responsibilities of management in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and the bylaws of Gateway, as shall be requested by the Board of Directors of Gateway.

Qualifications

Proven experience needed in marketing, creating a sales and service culture, planning, employee relations, team building, risk based lending, financial management and regulatory compliance.  Three or more years of credit union experience and a related college degree required.  Applicable advanced graduate degree preferred.
