Loan Officer
 

POSITION PURPOSE

Services credit union member by examining loan applications, conducting credit analysis and giving feedback to members as needed.

 

Gateway Regional CU President/CEO

Gateway Regional Credit Union, a successful $36 million, full-service credit union located in St. Louis, Missouri is searching for a new President/CEO.  The successful candidate will provide Gateway with executive management and supervisory services and will perform such duties and responsibilities of management in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and the bylaws of Gateway, as shall be requested by the Board of Directors of Gateway.

Credit Union Service Representative

Some core duties and responsibilities include :

Receive and post deposits and payments from members.
Process loan applications.
Balance and post credit card settlements.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned.  

Applicants must have:
Knowledge of general accounting practices.
Ability to maintain accounting records manually or electronically.

Vice President - Sales and Service Delivery
Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming

SUPERVISES: Service Ctr Managers, VP of Operations, Collections Manager, Lending, Call Center & Support Manager and Marketing Manager, Business Development, and a Service Center Manager in Casper.

Major Responsibilities
· Continue to develop the team by enhancing the philosophy of Member Centric verses Product Centric.
· Develop and modify programs, products and delivery channels.
· Develop a strong strategy around the SEG groups to enhance and grow overall membership
· Strategically develop additional Service Center locations
· Develop strong sales, service and retail delivery programs
· Work on strategic planning initiatives, product implementation and execution
· Maintain sales tracking system. Provide feedback to the Sales Team Managers regarding the status of sales activities.
· Oversee that managers are developing a staff with a passion for servicing members
· Monitor budgets and production of the different departments
· Lots of interaction with staff by training and coaching as needed
· Travel on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to Cheyenne and Casper Service Centers to coach and guide staff

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
1. Must have knowledge of the Credit Union movement, and Credit Union polices and procedures.
2. Knowledge of front-end operations, Lending and Business Development.
3. At least five years of experience in a financial environment management position required.
4. Must have a passion for change and the ability to lead change and build a service based organization
5. Must be willing to be a hands on manager working with the different departments they manage

Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for a new CEO for a credit union with $45M in assets. This position requires a strong track record in member relations, small staff leadership, lending and operations oversight. We are seeking an innovative financial professional with a heart for service and the credit union movement. This hands-on role will be responsible for strategic and daily operational functions as well as developing strong community relations outside of the credit union. This individual will bring proven experience as a proactive leader who can direct positive, meaningful interactions with the Board of Directors.

Partial list of duties:
• Staff Relations: Hands-on management of a team consisting of accounting, operations, lending and front-line staff to drive high quality service, reliable delivery, and efficient, safe operations for the credit union.
• Board Relations: Work with board of directors to develop and implement strategies and tactics to lead the credit union to success as defined by the board of directors.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage the credit union budget and accounting functions.
• Regulations: Work closely with credit union regulators and provide direction to compliance staff to insure the credit union’s compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance or Business Administration and a minimum of five years experience in credit union management.
• Executive level understanding of all regulatory and reporting issues.
• A strong understanding of Asset Liability Management practices and the ability to drive results in this area.
