The Arkansas Credit Union League has partnered with the Arkansas Bankers Association to send a strong message to Congress regarding the Interchange language in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act Conference Report.  Plus as two major industries in the state of Arkansas, we are requesting that our senators and congressmen vote against the conference report.

A copy of the letter that was sent to Senators Mark Pryor and Blanche Lincoln as well as Representatives Vic Snyder, Marion Berry, Mike Ross, and John Boozman is attached.

We are urging you to continue to let your representatives know that the interchange issue is still vitally important to your credit union, and as long as it is left in the conference report, that you will continue to oppose the passage of this bill.
